It's that time of the year to showcase our member artist's in the main gallery. We are proud to announce that this year's juror is STAA member and artist Roy Pfister. If you are not a member and are interested in exhibiting, feel free to join when submitting your artwork. Each member can submit up to two pieces of artwork to be juried. 47th Annual National Juried Artists Exhibition | The Summer Show

Submissions due: March 31, 2012

The St. Tammany Art Association announces the 47th National Juried Exhibit July 14-August 11, 2012, awarding over $1000 cash and other prizes. Juried by Miranda Lash, Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at the New Orleans Museum of Art. Entries are accepted March 1-31, 2012.

Open to all artists 18+ in the United States, STAA's annual juried show of contemporary visual art is one of the most diverse in the Southeast. Accepted artwork is original visual art completed within the past two years and not previously exhibited at STAA. Not admitted: reproductions of original artwork, film/video, and large installations.

Prizes include $1,000 Best of Show other cash prizes including Award for 2D work, Honorable Mentions and more. Accepted artists will enjoy multiple opportunities for exposure during the exhibtion, with an opening reception July 14, closing reception August 11, and open house during Covington's annual Bastille Day Celebration on July 21, 2012.
